Noel Clarke Faces Sexual Assault Charges in London

Actor Noel Clarke, 50, was charged on September 9, 2026, with two counts of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism, and one charge of exposure by London’s Metropolitan Police.

The investigation into Clarke, who is from Kensington and best known for his role as Mickey Smith in Doctor Who (2005–2010), began in September 2025. During the probe, police arrested Clarke and conducted a search of his London home.

The charges were authorized by the Crown Prosecution Service after detectives submitted a file of evidence. Voyeurism in this case involves secretly watching, photographing, or filming another person without consent for sexual gratification, according to police definitions.

Clarke will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on October 21, 2026, to address the allegations. The investigation was led by Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney of the Metropolitan Police’s specialist crime command.
