Two crypto billionaires, Ben Delo and Christopher Harborne, have donated a combined £72 million to Reform UK over the past two days. The funds are intended to strengthen the party’s capacity ahead of the next general election.
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage confirmed the money will be used exclusively to prepare the party for potential government formation. He emphasized that the financial boost is critical for ensuring the party is fully equipped to compete in the upcoming election.
Former Conservative minister Robert Jenrick stated that the two £36 million donations comply with current legal standards and are expected to remain lawful under future regulations. He described the contributions as standard practice within political funding frameworks.
